I suspect all of those with ROAR have never taken a bus (or taxi):

"As a horny teen I thought I'd be a great sex worker, then saw an interview with a sex worker saying you could only be one if you got on a bus and could bring yourself to have sex with each adult on board. My respect for sex workers has never wavered; my bus rides changed forever."

Lets just get one thing straight.

The OP never asked what ROAR means, nor did he ask what possible reason there could be for such a policy.

He requested and explanation as to why the SP "regrets" / feels sorry in denying him services.

My opinion, she may "regret"/ feeling sorry, doing it due
1) for the lost of income
2) denying him his request

in refusing to entertain the request for services.

The "regret" has got nothing to do about the reason for the said policy.

In majority of instances, they really do feel sorry about doing it

Bingo.

I was not looking for a definition of ROAR or questioning why anyone would have such a policy. Your life, your rules.

I was merely seeking clarity, as honourable Kooni stated, on the use of those two words in their advertisement.

Especially in an instance where it isn't meant.

Grateful for those who engaged, made for some fun reading.

I did not regret posting:)
