I dont know. Went to a braai last night. Had some biltong, droewors and n brannewyn. When the guy lit the fire I needed a sigaret. So I left.....and as soon as I drove away I was fine again.

Nicotine is a highly addictive chemical found in cigarettes, chewing tobacco and vaping products. Nicotine is the main reason why it is so hard to quit smoking. In a laboratory study at Louisiana State University, researchers found that hazardous free radicals in wood smoke are chemically active 40 times longer than those from cigarette smoke---so once inhaled, they will harm the body for far longer. I didn't understand why you had to leave till I understood the chemistry behind it. Hang in there, buddy.
