Just had the thought after seeing their adds disppear and continuous name changes after getting a bad rep instead of trying to hang it out and build up gud reviews. Is it an individual thing or maybe I can get wgs perspective.

We will never understand the whims and the ways of wgs. We as mere mortal men should simply accept without query the vast incomprehensibility of it all :)

They stop advertising.. Cos they have bad rep!.. Wat is wrong with you?

Once you get a bad reputation its hard work to rectify it and stick it out and working towards getting a better reputation. So its way easier to just start over on a clean slate. I for one won't do that take the good with the bad as long as you learn from the bad ones and work towards turning the bad into good ones. Thats just my point of view.

nice response @monroe. Life and its experiences are fluid so with the good you will also get the bad. Unfortunately as mentioned numerous times this business is all about customer service and the great companies who drop the ball turn that experience around and many times have a customer for life.

The same applies in this game. The principle of retaining your customer in respect of spending money to attract new customers also applies.

The wheel should also go the other way around in that the WG's should be able to rates rage punter! This certainly should stimulate the forum! A x

It is an uncivil trick which must be stopped by ESA.

Existing advertisers must not be permitted to create a new profile.

A new profile wipes clean honest but unflattering reviews.

Its branding.Meg has not changed her name in years.
Look at Kelly, all these years with her bad reviews and some good, is still Kelly.

@ prof ;) I think Esa has explained it on the forum before. The ladies phone Esa, they ask for new photographers who then list them as a new profile with a new name number etc... Unfortunately Esa has no control over this as the new photographers are not aware of the ladies shenanigans.

Yep, works for some but not all. There's an advertiser here with a very bad rep and has been in the industry for a number of years but punters continue to book her...despite the bad reviews and warnings. She's their Kryptonite.
