A review should be a review about service rendered. A comment should be about all else that is mentioned on the thread and should not include rating of the wg, it should just be text.
Imo comments should be placed on the general section of the forum, not on the wg's review section, as a comment is not a review.

A review as has been mentioned above is when you have actually seen the lady. For reasons of continuity of information we prefer that punters only write a review only they have seen the lady.
You free to comment on any of the items you mentioned on her profile which in effect has the same result informing other punters of what transpired or in this case what did not transpire.
Sir like it or not you are part of a community, a punter community were like minded peers take care of each other by sharing information for the greater good of the community.
Your input if fair/honest/constructive is of use to others in the community and may even be of use to you in the future as we all should learn by our mistakes.
