The Spurs game is not an indicator of a Liverpool turnaround, look at the results when teams play two games in a week, the performance is just not there, whether it's a CL, UEFA week or a midweek tie, English clubs in general don't fare well. Liverpool fans need to accept that they have sub par squad and that Rodgers season last season was a result of the other sides not being good enough. If Arsenal continue on this run I don't even think United will beat them and they will give Citeh an Chelsea ago. No chance for Liverpool based on current form but then again the Red Scousers have been known to upset the cherry pot every now and then.

I doubt a top four place for them this season...If they remain in the fa cup and with the europa league games to come...the squad will be stretched, especially away to besiktas sandwiched between city and southampton.
