This is one difficult topic in terms of quality out there.
Based on plenty visits. hoping this could be of help to some and hoping others can share some information.

Great Thai Spas in JHB that do offer happy ending.

Both these Spas offer a proper massage and have fantastic facilities. I.e. it is first and foremost a proper spa, however they do offer a tug.
At Orient Spa, was offered happy ending twice, but last few visits I was not. With some coaxing sure they will offer.
I enjoy a full body scrub with a massage, and both places do not bother with draping a sheet most of the time.

Try Thai D in pretoria. I am yet to visit Mai thai. Have tried a few other places in Pretoria but have been unlucky.

There is a Thai spa in north cliff, which is similar to LeeLadee (Paulshof) and Shiastu Oriental(Bryanston)and offer happy ending.

Hi guys I've been yo both Lotus and Mai Thai, neither offer Happy Endings. They do give a great Thai massage though.

If you looking for a thai spot that offers Happy Endings almost deliberately it's Thai Orchid Spa in Willows area (I think). I went there recently, the owner recommended I go with the old lady whom deliberately massaged with intention to turn me on/induce a happy ending. When I turned onto my back she offeed and asked for a tip. One thing that other ed me though was how she was telling me she only gets something like R30-R60 for each massage while owner keeps the remaining R300. That's just wrong in my opinion...

Anyway, if you do go there the other younger ladies are said to be pretty naughty, according to the customer that came out from a booking just before me...

Personally I enjoy a proper thai massage with the hope for a stroke as well unfortunately one does not get all that he wants. So it's either a thai massage with a rushed handjob or nothing or Funtime at one of the sensual massage venues:-)
