Criminal law is not my field, but he got a lot going in his favour...our law states that you are innocent until proven guilty without any reasonable doubt. Imho the state did not manage to prove that...the balistic and forensic evedance will be thrown out of court, too much arguments in both directions there. Oscar's as a witness...please! Food in Reeva stomach is not 100% science as digestion differs between people. What neibours heard and their interpretation will come into play, as the closest neibours all heard the same and their interpretation aligned with Oscars "version".

All I can say one way or the other sure he regrets the actions he took. If he isn't found guilty I think it won't be long before he comitts suicide cos I for one can't see him living a life in poverty and people always looking at u.
