sorry but not sure how this works. I see the post on Raven, but what if they change their names?
I mean the girl Lola had raven red hair- so not sure if you mean her? but if i understand correctly, girls can change their names,which doesn't help us then just banning their current name or profile...
Basically i want to ask how does ESA ensure banned girls don't return??- do they keep track of the girls photos or how would they know if a banned girl tried to come on again with a different name and profile?

The ladies who get banned from ESA all have different reasons for being banned.
The ladies can not just change their name or hair color or area and get back to advertising on ESA, we have photographers who go to take the photos, and the photographers know the girls and therefor would know if it is a girl that advertised with us before and if she was banned from the site or not.

a Lady will be banned from the site should she have stolen from a client or another lady, if she leaves malicious comments about other ladies(meaning posting fake comments about other ladies). Of coarse we need proof when allegations are made against an individual, same goes for the punters, should any of the above be done by a punter, he would also be banned from ESA.
