We all know online content took off during hard lockdown last year in the industry due to ladies having to earn income when not being able to physically see clients.

It since have become just another added service offered by SPs.

I had in the past had someone upload my stuff onto a pornsite with out permission and have been using this little piece on and off since then and had mixed reactions. Mostly positive ;) a few that did not wanna buy after reading it. But I did not feel like I lost out afterwards;) it felt right.

*You are being sold the viewing right to these videos/ photos for personal use not for commercial or any other usage.

You have no right or permission to edit, sell, distribute, up load, the videos or any part thereof , on any social platform, internet or private groups or use it for any form marketing ( digital or other)ect.*

My question today is if you as a punter want to buy content from a lady and she sends you this little piece above that you have to agree too before her selling you the personal viewing rights to content, what would your reaction be?

What you share with me, is for me alone. The more personal an online experience is, the more I will appreciate it.

The disclaimer will work, BUT you have to first interact with me. At a minimum at least make me feel that I am not talking to a bot.

Fully agree that the personal interaction is important and obviously I don't just throw this as guys the moment we start communicating.

Realistically you would not have to put the disclaimer because this would classify as an artistic expression/work and copyright is implied under SA law, even when there is a financial transaction. As content creator your rights are reserved.

There may also be a case to be made under POPIA if a picture can identify you personnaly, thereby technically making it a personnaly identifiable attribute to you. But the verdict is still out on that.

Legal matters aside, I think it is lousy to post someone's pictures elsewhere without their consent. The idea is for it to be intimate and to some extent personal. But with most things in life there is always that one person who likes to be an asshole!

All guys will say they agree to it and they will never distribute or publish the content but we know some do. I had some of my pics from my pg circulated. I subsequently deleted them cos they included a face pic or 2. So obviously it's a gold member. I dunno who though.
