It also depends on the quality of the enhancement. Some are just too big and too out of shape to actually look even a little natural.

I don't mind them either way, but when girls go for the oversized they become so fake looking, it's a turnoff.

When looking at boobs fake boobs can be really beautiful indeed.

I however have experienced that owners of implants often do not enjoy a boob massage or kissing as it feels unpleasant and may even hurt then while the firmness often is a turn-off for me. As for me, I like it all natural, does not matter if perky, sagging, big or small, the natural feeling just does it for me.

Not loving the way you look but being unable to change that thing that you dislke with diet or exercise or a different haircut, means that you are left with very few options, why should you have to feel that way about yourself if there is a solution that you are comfortable with?

I know that a change on the outside doesnt always actually make a change on the inside, and that some people take it to the extreme and use it as a quick way to get what they want rather than working for it, that is more what i have an issue with.

I for one would have a boob job tomorrow if i could,but real or fake, i think that boobs that look natural are sexiest.
So i just need a damn good surgeon. Lol

I would of done the surgery myself long time ago. I was way smaller than I am now,ie flat like an ironing board. Just 2 jelly tots. Over the years I accepted the small boobies, not flat anymore, more than a mouthful now,lol. My hair colour is not my own, cos damn I don't look good blonde, yes that's my natural colour. Ash blonde.

I do agree with your point of 100%. It is ok to have an opinion, but it is rude and obnoxious to call people names if their's differ from yours such as what the OP is doing with her original post.

Natural or nothing. Implants are a bit of a turnoff. They look nice, but for some reason, I get turned off by silicone boobs. I would prefer a smaller natural set to large implants.
