Few reasons for it and all of them have to do with the lady and her way of running her *business. Below is just two reasons for why a lady might choose to never see clients outside the *work space*

1) Lots of ladies in this industry have husbands/boyfriends/
life partners. For that reason some won't do all-nights or dates be it a coffee or dinner date even if they get paid for that time, they won't as they might feel it as stepping away from their relationships or their partners might view it that way.

2)The lady's family and friends and community ain't aware of her occupation. And therefore it is very hard to explain why she would be away for a whole night or why/who is having coffee with at the coffee shop if a family member or friend sees her there.

Imagine going on coffee dates everyday with a different gentleman and a family member or some nosey mom from the PTA or one of your children's friends mom's or dads spots you twice in a row with different men... Some ladies rather not get to the point where people will start asking questions or jumping to conclusions. Staying under the radar by not be out in public with clients is the best way to keep things simple.
