"Back" being the operative word here Meg. For your back to look like that must take tremendous work in the gym..and it's o so sexy. I'm 100% sure your fellow gym goers looses all consentration when you are working out :)

Totally get what you mean, read an interesting study about the effects of exercise, and it clearly shows that exercising has a huge positive effect on our state of mind long before our bodies are effected... So its pretty freaking awesome that we do not need mind altering drugs to feel good, but just a dose of getting all hot and sweaty.. :)

With a shock I've noticed the increase of clients canceling left right and centre this whole week.
And it wasn't only with me.
It's truly shocking to say the least.
Let hope today will be a better day for me.
