Wow, even before my break this was a getting "old". If a lady is not in your price range, or you do not feel she is worth her rate for you, you are welcome to move on.

In the past I have moved on myself if I wasn't sure I would get my moneys worth, nothing wrong with that. I have accepted discounts when offered (would be a fool not to), but never that I can remember asked for one.

I am a freelancer myself and work for 4 different "clients" on a fairly regular basis. All 4 have diffetent rates for the kind of work i do (company rates not negotiable). The top one is litterally (kidd you not!) 4x more than the cheapest one. Now the fact that i accept work from elCheapo is not that it id what i judge my time to be worth, but (tax time so I know) if i said no to the cheap company in the previous tax year i would have said no to R85k! Appart from other problems it would also have implied no punting :(
So while i am extatic if #1 accepts one of my tenders, i am also happy for work from #4.

Does that make sense?
