Your membership has been activated. Kindly log out of ESA and back in for the system to generate a new ticket so it can recognize your gold membership.

Please note the ESA office hours are Monday to Saturday: 8 am to 5 pm. Our offices are closed on Sundays.

For a prompt response please ensure that payments are made within ESA office hours, If you have made a payment using EFT from a different bank we will only activate it when the money reflects in ESA's account.

Should you have used the wrong reference please note that until we have the correct information we can not activate the payment to a profile

Dear iloveagoodshag.

The reason the transaction was unuseful is due to it being underpaid.

"Transaction was broadcast, but 0.00034568 amount was sent|Transaction was partially confirmed, but 0.00034568 amount was sent|Amount below what was requested, sent 0.00034568"

Please make sure when making payment that the full amount is paid over.

You can complete the payment by going back to the last transaction and paying the outstanding amount. Once done the system will automatically update your membership.

Dear Sir

We can confirm that the incorrect amount was sent (0.00002BTC was not sent). Since Bitcoin fees are so high, it would not be cost effective for you to "top up" the transaction.

We've opted to give you the 2 months Gold Membership minus a few days to make up for the missing funds as well as a small admin fee.

Please ensure that the full amount is sent in future to avoid this situation. Also ensure that no fees are deducted by Luno itself. ESA should receive the full amount *after* Luno's fee deductions.
