What if there is a problem with that card/s and you find yourself in desperate need and a transaction requires you to pay in cash. Remember that this exercise is an ATM one but it is still bank related. Anything can happen.

That Johnny between your legs tends to speak it's own language and for some reason you decide to listen to it. Momentarily. Because you don't have cash, you opt for a card transaction at an establishment that does not only allow cash but has card facilities as well. And EFTs aren't allowed.
