He's looking for a 'hands off, discreet' investment vehicle that will yield 10% net return. Thus after any disinvestment costs, all other costs and TAXES. Prob with fairly low risk and volatility. Gonna be hard to find a LEGIT one in our capital market.....

I'd probably invest in opening a uniquely new venue and fill it up with SP's. Upskill the SP's for them to be the best in the industry. The is plenty of room for improvement in this industry. A fortune to be made.

This is not even half the story, no time now to be elaborate.

So many well-seasoned punters think they know how to set up a venue based on his experiences and what he would like to see in a venue. If they are so sure they know how it should be done how come none of have actually opened one?
I always say this industry defies the norms. Lately very few male-owned venues are actually successful. And the successful ones were not opened by punters. Its much in the same vein as guys thinking they can be a gigolo.

Thanks for your input Ben Layden, Pierrewet and Oxytocin.

Any property related investments that is unique. I know R300k is low for that but a shared property venture or something like that. Just a thought

You should look at a 500k investment and push some of the earnings back into the investment to keep it growing otherwise inflation is going to hit you with a roughshod Greek. So a lot depends on how often you punt in a month and the average cost of that, then work it back from there.

Never quite understand why MEN get their panties in a knot about nothing, veru uncalled for. Anyways Grader, I once upon a time saw Capitec offering 10% on an investment, not sure when tho and if they still offering it
