Last night I woke up at 3am and sat outside on my porch listening to the rain gently landing on the trees. Nothing else in this world could be as peaceful as that at that moment.

I to find that listening to the rain helps as much as watch the ocean helps.
Walking on the beach could also be amazing provided the company is as sexy and cant hold up a interllectual conversation such as yourself.
However the about are not always possible so quieting the mind can also work wonders ;)
