Hi everyone, I would like to test out the waters here.

I have a flat in Centurion that I think would work well for a SP to use on an hourly basis or rent out for the day. Cleaning will be included in the hourly rental price and it has other amenities.

Would there be interest in such an offering?

I think so. Where in Centurion? What other amenities are you talking about? What would your going hourly rate be, as well as the daily rate?

Well the flat is in Wierda Park, its more of a townhouse really as its on the ground level and doesnt have anything above it.

There is a indoor braai, jacuzzi, massage table and DSTV. Should I deceide to let it out to SPs and Punters I will also replace the glass on the patio to one way glass so that the patio is private.

I was thinking about R250 per hour, cleaning included or R1200 per day with full house keeping whenever you need it. The only things you as the SP will have to provide will be massage oils, condoms and any toys or other accesories you want.

Maybe you can consider halfday booking also. With jacuzzi and braai there it could be heaven with half day booking with a sp.

Not a bad idea that, well I have gotten a few messages asking about my place.

The question that comes up now is, how does one go about advertising the place? I am not sure ESA will allow me to advertise on here as I am not a venue nor am I a SP.

Simple.....
Take an ad as a venue and you have the best ever advertising platform ever.

As discussed with admin, this post is intended for market research. Should I deceide to rent out the place you guys will see a official add on ESA sometime in April.
