1. Meet the punter like it is someone you missed, but try to not be too artificial about it;
2. Offer refreshments and a good conversation, without being a bore;
3. Switch off all communications with the rest of the world;
4. Make sure everything is impeccable and squeaky clean;
5. Continuously look out for the punter's comfort;
6. Judge his attitude and wishes without having to make him actually pronounce them, some guys are shy to request what they want. If the punter is not shy, he will speak out anyway;
7. Forget "I don't do this, I don't do that..." - do everything, in the light of taking care of the punter's and your comfort and wellbeing;
8. Do not watch the time, this is one of the biggest reasons for a 'no return' punter;
9. Forget a 'cum once' routine;
10. Fuck the shit out of him and/or let him fuck the shit out of you, in all imaginable ways - he will leave with a smile and be back!
