Help needed - How do i view recorded chats

Hi, i am a long time punter, very infrequent reviewer. For some unknown reason i am unable to see the recorded chats? A message pops up saying "this plug in is not supported". What do i need to load to do to correct this. Any smart punter out there who can help out a not so tech-savvy guy?

Don't know if this will help, but try and see if you have Adobe Flash loaded on your laptop/ PC. When you open the chat it will ask you to click to enable. After a few seconds it should play. Hope this helps.

We recommend that you make use of the following browsers: Dolphin Browser, Photon Flash player browser or Lightning web browser.
Some browsers will be more compatible than others, depending on the phone itself.
