Hi all
Hope that you can assits me..
Why cant i view recorded chats from my Samsung tablet?
I says"the plug in is not supported"
I was told by esa support to use Chrome..but i am using it.
Does anyone please have info regarding this matter?

This has always been a problem. I do not see why ESA get's something that works.

The last feedback I got after trying three different browsers is they still working on it for androids. Try ur laptop Nb remember to delete ur history I didn't take a chance with my laptop it guys always seem to have a way of viewing ur history even if u delete it.

Indeed, just use puffin, on ios or android.
The chats use flash and pretty much all browsers have dropped flash support.
Puffin is not bad, does support flash on mobile

I talk under correction but it does need Adobe Flash Player to function, and it is not available on mobile platforms.
