Which trans WGs are the best tops?

Title says it all. Best top doesn't just mean who has the biggest pipe but actually knows how to use their hips.
The trans ladies I've seen lately only seem interested in bottoming which is fine, that's their prerogative. But even the ones with descriptors like "fully functional" on their ads sometimes aren't too keen on topping or give a mechanical service.

Can't be that many. I'd say the reviews would probably be the best way to go and message the guys who seem to enjoy that and ask them.

It has been a few years (live in Europe now), so you would need to confirm the availability of the service and maybe check in with other reviewers, but back in the day Leila B topped me a few times. It was great, for me at least!
