Lady's lets be fair

This post is primarily for the lady's however if guys out there want to agree or disagree go at it.
In most of the listing lady's always say upmarket house or apartment and always dislikes are:
1.Bad personal hygiene
2.Clients that do not so up for appointments
Good for you! I would be ashamed to pitch up stinking like a sweat pig and sure do not want to be with a lady that is not smelling beautiful and sticky to the touch. Yuk, you have the right to throw any bum that shows up like that right out the door.
Premises is my main bitch here, when I phone I always am very specific about the premises must be upmarket, safe and clean. Yesterday I made an appointment with a lady that gave me all the right answers and went of to see her, when I got to the address and saw the apartment complex it was a slum, roaches would not go in to this slim pit. Man I just kept on rolling about 15 mins later my phone rings with this girl asking were I am, I told her heading back where clean honest Lady's are back in Sandton. She starts giving me this Clients that do not so up for appointments crap and I just turned off my phone.
My point being fair is fair I'm sure there are jerks that waist your time making appointments and don't pitch up for some weird thrill but do not blame a guy who keeps on moving when the place you are operating from is a slum.
I manly stick to Sandton and for good reason it is for the most part upmarket and lady's seem to always be of good personal hygiene. When I see other wise my 1st thought is the lady is a liar and most likely a skank and I do not feel the least bit dishonest for not going in or canceling. I read some of the horror story's from the guys in the PTA area about the bad areas there and whats happen to them and I'm not going through it here in Joburg area. I do not pick up street action, I like high class girls and do not mind paying a few hundred Rand more for the best but this is the 3rd time in the last few months this has happened
Be honest if you are in a roach hotel say it and charge less there are a lot of guys that don't mind this and like the cheaper price. I do not!! and will be a Clients that does not so up for appointments.

Hey Guys
Just my 2c worth. If you want to speak about premises in Pta, we Pta guys know to avoid Sunnyside/Arcadia. Sunnyside/Arcadia is more like a slum. In general the places in Centurion and Pta East is upmarket. In general a person can expect a location in a slum aria not to be upmarket and clean, and in general a person can expect a lady operating from such a aria to be skanky.
If all men where gentlemen the ladies complaints, would have been a non-issue. The ladies do have a point though about personal hygiene and clients not arriving for bookings.
I treat a working girl like she is a girl that I am dating. I shower before visiting the ladies and if I am sweaty, I will shower again at the girls premises. I personally want to be attractive for the lady that I am visiting. Pardon my french, but some guys do not even wipe their arses properly, before they visit the girls. (I am beeing literal here) Even though we pay for the girls services, how can a dirty stinking person expect a girl to get turned on by him?
I know some girls that waited up until 03h00 for guys that did not show up, and then it was guys that had visited those ladies before. It is not that difficult to pick up the phone and cancell a apointment.
