The most they can do is put a disclaimer at the site entry page to inform all visitors that the site is intended for an adult audience. Precautions have to be taken on the users end and NOT on the website owners end. The internet probably has a million pornographic websites that your child can access at most times. You probably have a car at home that your 12 year old son can jump into and most possibly drive even though he is not of legal age.
