Rain, rain, beautiful rain in Cape Town!

its been raining non-stop in Cape Town and its so awesome! Is'nt it beautiful? Every night after 12 I lie in my bed and listen to the ocean, the waves whispering me to sleep...last night it was the lovely raindrops that kept me smiling as I drifted off to dreamland and made me smile again when I openened my eyes this morning and it was still raining. How wonderful! Makes me feel HAPPY today so that I want to jump up and down with joy as I sip on my hot, steamy cup of freshly brewed coffee while looking over the ocean thinking: "Cape Town, I told you we are going to be just fine"

Great news. How much rain has fallen there?

Mike40 I am not sure yet but so far it has definately been enough to make a difference, must be more than an inch..
