Third request to ESA re functionality

Not easy communicating with you guys. Maybe I should ask in Afrikaans, at least there would be a reaction. (1) when I try view "recorded chats" I just get two tiny thumbnails opening. How do I view these properly? (2) And then the "Personal pics", I can't view these either. I just get a purple screen with "pictures loading" on it.

Try clearing your browsing and history then see what it does.

The browser that comes pre-installed with your phone just isn't up to the task. It is usually outdated and since it is part of your phone's operating system, it usually only gets updated when you do a major phone upgrade. It could be quite some time before they release a full system upgrade.
Also, to view Recorded Chats, Adobe Flash is required. This is standard on PC's, but on mobile phone, you must install a browser that supports flash.
Please install any of the following browsers from the Google Play store, and browse ESA only with a new and updated browser.
Photon Browser:
play.google.com/store/apps/details
Dolphin Browser:
play.google.com/store/apps/details
