You should lower your expectations, these women are only in this line of work to put food on the table for them and their families.
You can't expect them to compete with genetically gifted women at your job who get paid sick leave, can afford gym memberships, forced to have sober habits due to work and work steady hours.
This job takes its toll on most ladies. And it shows after years in the industry.
