I am not sure there is a "right" answer to this as it is extremely individual what people want from a GFE. So please do not take this as gospel this is simply one man's opinion.

Firstly although the effort of things like snacks is largely wasted. Drinks possibly not wasted although I myself just want some cold water or perhaps a soda (I used to drink Coke but don't any more and if I am in the mood for something particular I bring it with me).

I find TV's and music in the background to be much more of a distraction than a help - it really doesn't set the mood for me. You would be suprise how many of us do agree with your view of GFE.

Thank you so much for your input. I really appreciate it. I want honesty and I got it. It's nice to hear how you guys see things. After all we need to know how to make it even better.
