The avarage speed of a plane is between 700 and 800 plus km per hour. This train is gonna reach just over 200 kms per hour. How wil it be faster traveling to durban or do it in less than an hour.
The goverment just granted a company thats 2 days old a 530billion rand contract for biometrics. Thats like three times more than what this project is gona cost. And that company does fingerprint and retinal scanning lol.
To be honest. This is just one of the many promises ramaposa is making just to pocket more money.
