Ladies not willing to quote telephonically for extras

So I called up certain venue with the intention of making a booking.
The receptionist takes the call, and I ask to speak to the lady, they don't allow this. So I ask about the fees etc, and all is good.
As one does,I enquire about the extras I would like (in this case Owo) and she says the lady offers the service it will cost extra, so I ask how much, she says they not allowed to discuss this over this phone.
I stated that I cannot make a booking without knowing a price,how can i work with them quoting only once I get there?
Ladies how do you deal with this type of thing?

Our job is not legal so many venues in fear of getting busted or entrapped dont risk saying what all is offered over the phone

Lol,but they happily told me full house is Rx's and yes the lady does extras including owo but when it comes time to price for owo they can't tell you that?

My opnion is that extra's is optional, the lady may decide
1 it is not on offer once meeting the punter
2 or even decide to increase the price depending on the punter.
3 Was wrong from receptionist to confirm the extra.
