Its the oldest profession and how do you think it has survived for years and years and years.

The thrill of the forbidden, the fun of breaking the law/rules. And now a days with relatively easy availabilty, higher travels opportunities and easier access to information add to it.

So not to answer his question, but what in the question itself makes you feel to be offensive?

I don't think it is the actual deed, but more out of curiosity, inquisitiveness and to basically see what else is out there other than what we are used to at home...
