The way things are going, very few people have the privilege of living without the fear of what next.
Very few people believe their earnings shall be enough for the tough times predicted.
Very few people are able to rather concentrate on contingency plans and not drown in the concern of survival.
Quite normal.
So.
How does one deal with these scary debilitating thoughts that impact one's lifestyle, one sense of balance and wellbeing, ones interaction socially, professionally and personally.
As they say , each to their own... meaning..... Each impacted BUT, in different ways due to THEIR circumstances even when listening in and the problem sounds the same.
Of course there are basics to alleviate certain stress and then the deeper understanding and application to one's OWN situation.
Worry leads to fatigue, stress , inconsistent behaviour....knee jerk reactions that cause harm in the long run and the breakdown of relationships. Procrastination and mediocre performance at work.
Is it the Mind or the Body that should be targeted...or is it the Spirit.
The interaction between the 3 is a ....DEFINITE.
Which one comes first?
Now THAT is WHERE the YOU features and the uniqueness of SELF is looked at and addressed.
