So after visiting this site and browsing through many of the profiles, it occurred to me that I don't see the same girls that were advertising 2 or 3 years ago.

I see alot of new faces, and that's great for punters but I cant help but wonder how long girls usually stay in the industry?

I think like any other field, the top 10% get paid really really well. And that the same applies to working girls and massage girls. Some just get by and earn a decent living, and a small minority make serious cash.

I would imagine that it would be very hard to simply stop working as a top tier girl earning mega $. But even so, I don't see the same high end girls listed that were on a few years ago.

So what are your thoughts? Is this just an industry where girls come and go and most don't stay very long?

Do some build a base of regulars and then simply stop advertising?

Or is it perhaps not physically demanding, but very emotionally draining to be in this line of work, regardless of good compensation that eventually drives girls to quit and find something else?

The vast majority of ladies never really leave this industry permanently.

Reasons you may not see the same faces after a few years:

1.Some ladies take a break when things gets too much and only come back to work, once they need to do so financially - this break can be anything from a few days to a few months;

2.Some ladies get a normal job and try to make a go of it in the corporate world. Some stick to the job, but some end up giving up the job a few months or years down the line and return to this industry or alternatively keep the normal job and do the escorting thing part time, to supplement income;

3. Some enter in a romantic relationship and choose to leave this business as the guy does not want her to do this work or maybe she does not want to continue doing this work whilst in a relationship - if the relationship does not work out, they often come back to this industry;

4. Some ladies are not very consistent in their brand and the advertising platforms that they use. So you may find the lady advertising under a different name and/or on a different website every other month.

5. Some ladies have enough regular clients to sustain them without advertising on a regular basis, but in any business you need to get new clients in as well, as old clients can sometimes relocate, have financial issues etc, and no longer book or no longer book as often - the ladies then advertise periodically to get an influx of new clients to boost the numbers of regular clients- snowball effect;

Some girls,a small percentage though get hooked on drugs to cope,engage in unprotected sex for money.they then eventually look like trash,lose clients and an unfortunate percentage contract HIV.they then look waisted to a point were they cant get business becoz the booty we so much love is all gone.Real talk a certain percentage of these executive punters offer lots of cash for bareback.Most of these executives spread knowingly and others just love bareback because its heaven on earth especially on a bootyful woman.so its a sad reality.Some WG are lucky though becoz they get married or move to other professions.

I do think that most girls do not (emotionally) last that long. I have build some friendship with a couple of girls - and most have confided in this being tough on them.

I think what most of us punters do not realise (or choose to ignore), is that more often than not there is quite a sad story behind most girls in this industry.

Most are incredibly good actresses, selling a good fantasy. But then, also not that different from the corporate world - are we not all selling fantasy (albeit something quite different)?
