I've been fortunate enough that most MG's who offer extras have been transparent with their fees upfront before the booking.
I've only had one encounter this year from an MG who recently started offering extras hit me with "let's discuss in the room". I moved swiftly along.
I could be wrong, but this "extras in the room" is prevalent at venues that don't allow their service providers to offer extras and those that claim that their service providers don't offer extras.
There's a popular venue that still advertises on here and when you book they basically tell you that any extras are between you and the lady. The massage ladies were just "winging it" when it came to their GFE rates.
I booked a couple of them to try and get a sense of the service and pricing. The lady who provided the most stellar service was surprisingly the one who charged less. When her colleagues found out why she was getting repeat bookings, they lowered their GFE rates because she was booked and busy. She ended up working independently because she had built up a reputation with regulars.
