I'll be on the last leg of my coastal tour so I will have to pass on this one unless it's a few days later.

It's the day after elections -

Have a voting station set up for us to take a vote on best dressed... Most entertaining... Worst commenter ect ect...

Should be fun :)

Morning Peter. Not venturing into politics but the day after votes are still counted and due to the importance of this election I think a lot of people will be rather focused on election results and might not be in a social mood and spirit.

I rate its not necessarily a bad thing. Theres only 2 possibilities - both with the same outcome...

1. Either People will take leave making it another long weekend for themselves... but they won't be able to go away cause of voting but also financially because of all the Hollidays this month people will be pretty fucked when it comes to spending hey...

2. They have spent the previous day in long ass ques dealing with screaming kids and a moaning wives all day- Dudes gonna need a break...(and a propper session) for his own sanity...

But I donno... as with everything in life... it might fuck us or it might not...As long as the charity is taken care of and venue is good... whe always end up having a good time anyways. Even if just a handful pitches up ;)

I for one will not be focused on the elections the second my balads in. We know what the outcome is gonna be... Maybe we will need booze to deal..and lots of it... lols

Well if you choose any date after I will certainly be there provided there is no after voting issues. If I may suggest do it after the ballETS have been counted and wait a week or so just to see what the reaction from the citizens are once the results are out.

I Hope everyone is going to vote as those who choose not to vote will automatically be voting for the ruling party just so you know if you didn't know.

hbviper, a social without alchol? Will be a first.

I stand to be corrected but alchol sales are not permitted on election day.
