Thought about this and well im curious.
So for the ladies, you are out with friends and you get approached by a guy and everything is going well.
He then asks you, So whats your occupation?

Whats your answer?
(and yes i know some of you have side hustles, but what would you be open about this side hustle or make up something?)

I will be honest about what I do. I don't like having to tiptoe around someone and I'm also not looking for a long term relationship, been there, done that. If you don't mind what I'm doing, we can have an awesome friendship and have loads of fun. Otherwise, hop along, because the days of me having to explain myself to someone is long gone. I absolutely love what I do and am not ashamed of it. Xxx

I always answer that :

I AM A WELL BEING THERAPIST....and i charge per hour for consultation.....

I believe in the power of transparency and I believe that secrets keep you sick.

I have this strict rule of not playing outside of work, which is apparently not so strict as I started seeing a man earlier this year and he couldn't handle what I do. I am glad he knew about it because it's unfair for me to keep my income a secret or even be open about it and just expect him to have been okay with it.

He knew what he was getting into and it didn't work out. But we had an amazing time while it lasted.

Now I am seeing a lady (not dating, just seeing) and we have a healthy connection where we can communicate openly and discuss difficult conversations.

I live my life transparently because I know more harm comes from withholding the truth or evasion. This is my personal preference and I'm not saying everyone else should. But it's what I do.

I tell gents about the college I go to and commission I get off another little job I do ..

1. Because I do have a life out of this and time and time again the universe has proved that this is a very small world. I'm not willing to have my family or kid know what I do(but obviously God forbid , if it happens,then oh well).

2. If I went around telling every "potential gent" about what I do surely I just might end up meeting an evil person and things may go sour to the point where they might think "hey I'm gonna let everybody on social media know who she is and what she does" because these things do happen.

In this world where everyone whips out a camera and thinks its okay to record everything, who's to say some dumb forward gent wouldn't post a video or pic of me saying "this chick is an escort" and then someone recognises me.

3. Not every potential friend or guy you meet will actually end up being around for long so why share my business??.

I always say if it does get to a point where things actually get serious then I'd find another means to and end. Might not be as lucrative but if the gent is worth it then sure. I've done it before and the relationship didn't end well. I'm back here and he still had no idea that before we got serious I did this for a living.


It is much easier when you actually meet the gent within this environment which has happened to me before. It just didn't last long because I started to feel used.


In another instance I had a guy who was my friend at the time literally see a picture of my body which he had never seen naked before. But he picked up that it was me. Happened to get me to video call to confirm and about 4 months after that we dated for a good 2 and a half years. I got out the business and he took care of me. Long story short just taking care of me was not enough and we parted ways.


But in general I would never consider just telling anyone what I do. I've told friends that I've come to trust and regretted it when the friendship went sour. I can't imagine telling someone I just met that I barely know from a bar of soap.

I wish I could be as comfortable as the other ladies with regards to just saying I do this,this AND that. But I'm not trying to get disowned until I'm rich enough to say screw them lmao
