Currently there are esa Wgs with no reviews after 8 weeks being registered. 2 months ago I took a plunge on an unreviewed wg and turned out to be poor punt and reviewed her, subsequently unregistered. Wondering from punter experience if punters hiding them or experience so bad you do not review them not to spoil their business.

I know of a lady that opened 2 profiles and after a few weeks when one ran up some bad reviews, closed that one and continued the other.
"Both" have subsequently left.
Don't underestimate how difficult this job is. Many do not make it.
The other day I looked back on the notes I made to myself and found that a surprisingly large number were no longer active.

It's a bit of a dilemma as one should give serious newcomers a leg up. We all need it when we start, but it's an expensive risk to take. Flipside is that the newcomers that are not serious unjustly take work away from those who do take it seriously.

I am not joking when I say some of our legends should open a school.
Should a new entrant come with an endorsement after such an apprenticeship, you can go with certainty.

Problem currently is some do not even know they don't know. Then charge ridiculously high fees only to go trial and error on punters. Since when should students be paid more than qualified crafts(wo)men?
Time to legalise and regularise the industry! Would be better for all involved.

There are multiple reasons for a lady not having any reviews after 8 weeks, the main ones being the ones you mentioned....
- guys wanting to keep her a secret
- punters not wanting to leave a negative review and damaging the WGs business

Imo, there is no correlation between reviews and service...I use my instinct and it works out for me most of the time. Its a learning process.

8 weeks is not that long, there are ladies been on ESA for much longer than 2 months without a review.

Two of the main reasons for a bad punt is

1. She is really not up to expected standards, lack of experience,and attitude

2.Chemistry between punter and SP just not there.

First one can be fixed if she really wants two, second one does not mean she is a bad punt, might be for some punters, others could find her best thing since slice bread.

I have been to quite a few newbies, with about an 80% success rate, but no punt is ever garanteed to be great.
