I've always wondered what its like behind the scenes at venues with multiple girls. They always seem friendly enough with each other when there are guys around, but I wonder if the vibe is the same when the clients aren't close by.
I imagine competition must be fierce as there are lots of beautiful ladies together at many of the Pretoria venues and they are all essentially competing for the same client base. Surely there are cases where a girl has a certain amount of steady clients, only to have a few poached by the new pretty face that just started that week. Do the girls get catty with each other and try sabotage the competition? Or am I reading it wrong and they mostly get along just fine?
My experience was very good working for a venue 80% of the time. But girls sadly don't always get along. I've seen really bad cat fights or heard stories and rumours spreading just because of jealousy. Its very important to make sure there is no favouritism when you are a venue owner.
I don't know about fighting but the stories I've heard during sessions about their colleagues shows that there is a certain amount of animosity between the ladies.
A former regular - who has since left the industry- was gone for a couple of months so I decided to see another lady at the venue. When she returned I made a booking with her. The other girl tried greeting me while we were on our way to the room when my regular sharply yelled "don't even think about it" to her.
That seriously made me feel like the man.

Re: Do the girls get along at venues?
I was a regular at a venue in Parkmore, which is no longer. During a session there was a commotion outside in the parking area. After a few minutes, we paused our activities, to peak out the window.
At this point the lady rolled her eyes and suggested that the two ladies involved have been best friends until recently and were now at each other throats for weeks about money issues. One lady lent the other money.
I never went back there.
From my experience, gossiping, telling tales, lending money and hooking clients are the big issues ladies fight about.
