Loadshedding woes

During loadshedding there is often a delay on whatsapp or pms. If I haven't amswered your WhatsApp after an hour or so its most likely as a result of metwork issues. An alternate number for calls- 0813174502 if that will help. I have noticed that both vodacom and Telkom seem to have bad signal during Loadshedding, so I am not too sure if having an extra number will help, but who knows.
