Good morning
I trust you are having a beautiful sunny morning . I have a consultation with a legal firm for work at 1pm.
I will be available from this morning to schedule a meeting between 9:30am and 11 pm and again in the afternoon between 4pm and 6pm. I will be taking my very last appointment at 5:30 pm. .I will only be available this week till the 2nd of February this week. I will be leaving Johannesburg from the 3rd of February till the 13th of February. I run my own company and as such I can only schedule a minimum amount of meetings per day so please schedule a meeting as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. I will also be available on the weekend if the meeting is pre- arranged in advance by mutual agreement.
I travel regularly on business trips and I am only in Johannesburg for 1 week per month. If you would like to schedule a meeting after hours please arrange / notify me as soon as possible in order for me to assess my schedule, consult and rearrange my diary, and make the necessary arrangements. I would go the next mile in order to accommodate you. I will also be available to travel if needed.

Good and bad news.
My Natal dates have changed. The new dates are as follows:
7 February - 16 February.
My JHB diary is open on Thursday and Friday.
