what does pre-op mean

A preop transexual is someone who has decided to undergo gender reassignment surgery, has started taking hormone therapy, and usually has been living as the other but has not yet had the surgery to remove the genitals.

I have visited this lady quite a few times when she operated out of a small place on Louis Botha Ave. Found her on ST that time and took a chance, left with a smile and feeling satisfied. Went back a few more times and every time was money very well spent.

She is soft spoken, very accomodating, dresses very sexy, gives a good massage, talkative, makes u feel at home and comfortable, does ask you what u want and what u looking for if she doesnt know u, she is a great kisser, lovely soft touch, very sensual and recieves in your position of choice without any complaining.

Overall a very nice punt and when she warms up to u it just gets better and better!!

The only small down side is that she is passive only, have tried to get her active but tried in vain. Not a problem at all as the rest of the good about her makes up for that!! :)
She does tell u from the start that she is passive only but there is no shame in trying as i do enjoy giving oral!

I havent visited her since she moved to Sandton but plan on going there soon, work has been crazy lately!!
