Some valid and valuable points there though some of those aren't. I as a service provider will feel valued then at times won't (see what I did there?). The punter may apply the same within his own right. GM or Basic (See what I did there again?). The consistency of it all is the decision making of the overall system, product and performance that will however determine the sole proprietorship in it's business conduct.
It's perfectly fine however that for the one; it is how they view things and for the other it isn't fine and another the same alike.
Human decisions will be influenced and impacted mostly by their own experiences and base that purely on the good/bad and will not listen to any logic but the actual core feeling of the session and what they came out within that experience.
Therefore as they say, what you see is what you get. You based the decision by either doing your own investigations, took views from others or even listened to your gut feeling.
