Shaggy gave a well written review of an encounter he had with you. From your response one can also tell that everything he said was also truthful. I also dont think he was harsh at all. I thought he chose most of his words wisely and while it wasnt a raving review he made sure to comment on some of your good points and im quite sure that very few people will be put off by what he wrote about you. Sometimes people just dont click. You have to accept that. You have been around the block Mandy and surely you can remember some of the truly vile things that some of the bad elements on this forum have written about some of the women. TRUE FILTH. This was extremely mild and from what i can tell an honest account of a punters feelings and experience.

Wow...... don't know why I have revisited this thread but am certainly grateful that I have, if only to apologise to Mandy for having annoyed her so. Upsetting anyone and / or causing a furor is just not cool!

As explained to you Mandy, I had earlier in the week met and been totally smitten by a most gorgeous creature who reciprocated my feelings. I was mesmerized and could not believe that I had fallen so easily. Just not in my philandering character and very "bad form" for any seasoned punter. Unfortunately my sense of chivalry and being a gentleman made me attempt to fulfil my appointment with you - an appointment made 2 weeks earlier via email from Zim. I do so wish I had of had the balls to cancel my appointment with you as my leaving this gorgeous creature resulted in a tidal wave of personal cockups that has culminated in me losing the one woman who still inhabits my soul! A monumental f#@up!

I do however so wish that you had not divulged my confidential talk to the world but as it is out there let THE woman (who will remain unnamed as I do not wish to draw any attention to her - and it is certainly not Cara who is very happy in her personal life) know this : “I was unable to live up to being my chosen namesake because I was unable to exorcise you from my mind. I am so sorry for putting a perverted sense of chivalry ahead of my feelings for you."

I cannot but help think of the old addage : No good deed ever goes unpunished" - yip... my attempt at being "good" in fulfilling an old appointment has had the Universe punish me with losing someone I could have been great with.

The lesson learned : When profound emotions of affection transcend the purely physical we should pause and pursue these with all our might as they so rarely come around in this world that is besotted with the flesh! The cost of learning this is gonna be a heavy one.

So to you Mandy – I apologise for upsetting you - I did not find you “disgusting” at all – I just reported what I experienced - I may not have been physically attracted to you but let it be known that the more important characteristics of being kind and engaging are your strongest and finest features. Indeed I recall being a gentleman to the end having paid you in full for the scheduled appointment despite not even attempting the rest of the evening. As for my mathematics...without a calculator to hand I am a dumb knob so let that be another apology to rack up too!

So fellows....thanks for reading my report as it was – an honest portrayal of my experience but lets please give Mandy a break for coming back at me – we are all still human afterall.

As far as the calculations go, I am sure that most people don't always have a calculator at hand, and don't want to go to the trouble to do the calculations. That is why I suggested that ESA might want to let the system do the calculations.
