I read about this incident. It was at warmbaths in the middle of summer and it was packed that day. Apparently the kids had to go for counceling after seeing a stark naked indian guy running naked towards the pool. I think the article mentioned he shouted KOWABANGA!!! as he jumped in.

This is justifiable because there two of you offerings a massage and I am assuming a hand relief as a basic ending then the Oral and FH is an additional.

At the end of the day this is still a marketplace built around mutual consent, boundaries, and expectations. Some providers structure their menu one way, others another.
If someone's structure doesn't work for you, the best solution usually isn't frustration , it's simply moving on to someone whose approach fits what you're looking for.
That's the real advantage of a market with choice.
