I thought so as well, but it's only til you dig deeper that you find issues. The key thing for me is the code 3 thing (which isn't inherently bad I guess but she keeps insisting that she's cisgender) - the early reviews and reviews on her deactivated ad confirm this. There are other issues guys brought up in her reviews.

It's not. She did it twice with me. I'd usually make noise about these kinds of things on the ad itself but I let it slide. I dunno, maybe I should leave a comment - I just let it hang there.
