Mo you need to do some research. There are many STI's with various transmission mechanisms for vectors (viruses). Transfer of bodily fluids can transmit certain viruses such as herpes. The risk of transmission increased if one or both people have any broken skin.

So yes you have risk of contracting something but not necessarily something like HIV unless you both shared fluids and has skin lesions. Hence your risk would be very very very low. Don't let a lady grind her vagina against your cock without protection. That increases risk as it may create micro lesions in the skin giving access to the fine caplliaries which facilitates bacteria and viruses entering the blood stream.
