Had the venue in the radar, definitely giving it a miss after that reply!! That type of repsonse, not debating right or wrong here, but will NOT have clients walking through your door.

Went in for a booking, and the lady wouldn't stop talking and any attempt to move thing along was met with more talking. Spent an hour fondling someone while they are just talking. When management was contacted they simply said it is after the booking and nothing could be done. Extremely disappointing experience.

I do not think one bit that all of the above massage are true and i do think you must go and look at your self first before posting any comments like ( she doesn't look like her photo's).
All the lady's are working in the industry to provide or to survive and people like you do not have any respect or pride to just do your thing that you are paying for. Then again that's if you get hard and a little more exercise.

Arabianknight1 ....with all do respect 50shades has always had their girls backs!! If we are wrong then they do tell us we are in the wrong!!

That's why we girls stick with 50shades unlike other venues where it's just about the money we make for them they care for us as woman!!!! Maybe more venues should come learn that!!

And about your outburst the venue never started the thread on forum the client that was in the wrong did it all by himself

The venue did try and talk to the client but he was being hardegat after he spended a full hour? So now asking for free hour ?

I'm sorry but I won't agree with this as a working lady also.

We and the venue value and respect our clients but clients who disrespect us as ladies.

From a punters POV, he obviously thought and was expecting her to stop talking and get to business any minute now. I mean, surely she didn't think he booked her to spend an hour to play therapist to her. Any good venue would easily understand that.

As far as eating the burger at Steers, well Steers and even Spur 100% accept complaints after the fact and make a mence. Just a couple examples, complaining at Steers about an order that was wrong after the fact and yes, I ate it because I was hungry. They sent a coupon greater than the value of the order. One particular Spur did me dirty and their steak was not to it's usual standard. I didn't actually complain but I told them it wasn't up to my expectations but I didn't have time to wait for another and I didn't want another or anything. They must just get it right next time. They insisted on giving me another which I refused as I already ate it and was full but then they still gave me a to-go and free dessert on top because that is fucking service and caring about customers. And I should mention they and the manager smiled and we're empathetic the whole time which is why I still go back. No attitude and bullshit.

Poor response from the Venue.

I appreciate their opinion about the Gentleman staying the full hour for the booking and complained only after the booking was done and dusted.

But to insult and bring up that the punter didn't get hard...that is a low blow and definitely not customer focussed.

Can't blame the guy for mot getting hard if he booked a session to play and all he got was a chat.

I think as a venue or any Service Provider..you need to take the criticism together with standing your ground about not giving a freebie.

Just my cents...not wanting to float anyone's boat...just my opinion
