Not quite the same thing, but before COVID hit us, there used to be regular shows with groups of men performing. Their show would be at different clubs before the club officially opened.

I would go watch my favorite group often...

I see one group is back (I think they danced at SEXPO), but my favorite group of guys is still not doing "public" shows. They are available for parties etc but its not the same vibe.

Some pubs use to have regular ladies nights normally on a thursday that had male adult entertainers aka strippers performing between 7 and 10 ish.. some pubs even had a rule that male clients where admited into those places before 10 in evenings ( this is many many years ago)

Best stripshow I remember was around 1996 in Sterland in Pretoria. They dimmed the lights and the girl performed with a neon green glow in the dark Dildo. The place was packed. Some of the best times of my life.

There used to be a pub/club with the same name as a famous cabaret in Paris Franch in Cape Town. They had shows most days from lunchtime and till late nights. Wednesdays and Fridays were the busiest. To think cover charge was less than R50 those days and you had shows the whole afternoon. Good food and drinks. As student studying in Cape Town it was the regular Friday "studying" spot.

Current clubs still good but lots has changed. I remember some current Cape Town strip clubs used to be open on Wednesday and Fridays from lunch time in it's earlier days but that also changed. Now days limited Cape Town venues.

They do. But things changed. And they not so in demand as they were in 90s,2000s,2010s. And also depends what one classifies as a stripper or prefer calling them exotic dancers. Also social media,webcams allow one to have personalised footage and for the voyeurs out there it can be a win win situation. Quiet a few of the WGS can offer this on request but that's between punter and wg.
