I confirmed a booking with toni on Wednesday and paid via eft.i then get a message today saying 5.30 would be better but I couldn't make it.i called toni and we confirmed 9pm.she placed someone else in my 7pm slot.i get there at 9pm and see another punter driving out.toni sends me a message saying shes had a bad day and shes not home.i then get a message saying she is home and I should come back in 5 min.i return 30min later to give her some time and toni ignores my phone calls and smss as well as the doorbell.after an hour and a half of sitting outside the gate. The next client arrives and I left.i cannot comment on service but her time management and planning is uterly shocking. I drove through one hell of a storm to get there jus to be disregarded like dirt.the least she could have done was be honest with me in the first place.people make mistakes. I am new to this whole thing and that was a terrible experience.
I will wait and see if she lives up to her reputation and makes this right.
