I often wondered how you clean your vagina after someone ejaculates inside of you. Yes I know it self cleanses, but that's not immediate. Most of the sperm runs out and you can wipe it away or wash it off, but some remains inside, which I imagine would drip out slowly over time. Probably not as bad as a period, but must be irritating.

For men it's easier. We also leak for awhile after (very irritating), but we can just take a piss to wash out the tube.

I have had Thai ladyboys switch straight from giving a BJ to doggy position without fitting a condom. They pout their butts out at you in invitation.
